How do I order a customise cake, wedding cake and customise dessert?

To place an order for a customized cake, wedding cake, or dessert, please initiate your inquiry via email or by completing the form on our "Contact Us" page. Kindly include the event date, the number of guests, serving size, and any design or theme ideas you have in mind for the cake or desserts. This information will enable us to provide you with an estimated price. To confirm your order, we require a 50% deposit initially and with the remaining balance due 3 weeks prior to the event.

Can I customise a cake flavour?

Absolutely! At Sugar Peeks, we take pride in our ability to offer an array of unique and customizable cake flavors. Whether you're inspired by your favorite dessert, chocolate, tea, or cocktail drink, we can bring that flavor to life in a cake. We firmly believe that cakes should not only look stunning, but also taste amazing. As such, we invite you to try our famous classic chocolate cream cake or refreshing earl grey lychee cream cake or our cocktail-inspired version of the Pina colada cake.

How much notice do you require to place an order?

We make every effort to fulfill all order inquiries. However, given the time and attention to detail we put into designing and creating your custom cakes, some fondant and handmade florist works require drying time before they can be used. Therefore, we recommend reserving your spot with a booking deposit as soon as you have decided on a design or theme. As a guideline, we request at least 5 weeks notice for customised cakes and desserts, and at least 2 months notice for wedding cakes and wedding favourites.

Can you make it just like the picture?

We love to know what style and theme of cake you are looking for. While we are happy to use pictures as a guide for the style and theme of your cake, please keep in mind that cakes are an art form, and different decorating styles are unique to the decorator. This is what makes our cakes so special - each one is truly one of a kind. Rest assured that we will do our best to create a beautiful and unique cake for your special occasion.

How do I pick up a order?

Thank you for choosing Sugar Peeks for your order. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred day and time for pick up. Once your order is complete, we will notify you to arrange a pick-up time or to schedule a courier to collect your order. Please note that if you choose to use a courier service, the associated charges will be paid by the buyer.

What is your cancellation policy

Thank you for considering Sugar Peeks for your order. Please note that a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. In the event of cancellation or postponement before the cut-off period of 3 weeks prior to the event, we may refund your deposit minus a 20% administration fee at our discretion. However, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 3 weeks of the required date. Additionally, a 10% administration surcharge will be incurred for any order postponements to a new date. Thank you for your understanding of our cancellation policy.
